Why we use it
We use contact-form information to respond to your enquiry and operate support. We use analytics to improve the website and Turnstile to keep it secure. Our legal bases under UK and EU data protection law (UK GDPR and the EU GDPR) are legitimate interests in operating and securing the website, taking steps at your request when you contact us, and, for Google Analytics, your consent.
Sharing and international transfers
We use Google Analytics and Cloudflare Turnstile as service providers. Their processing may involve transfers outside the UK and the European Economic Area. Those providers are responsible for applying appropriate safeguards to such transfers under their terms and privacy notices. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
We keep contact messages only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide support, and meet legal obligations. Analytics data is retained according to the applicable Google Analytics settings.
Cookies
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies that the site needs to work: a session cookie that protects the contact form against forged submissions, Cloudflare Turnstile’s security check, and a falo_cookie_consent cookie that remembers your cookie choice for six months. These do not require consent.
Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*, kept for up to two years) are only set if you accept analytics in the cookie banner. Until you do, Google Analytics is not loaded at all. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page; withdrawing removes the analytics cookies. Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, or request a copy of it.
